@EdwardDLuffyDo your settings reset as well? If yes, then check your save file if it’s corrupted.
Settings in what way?
- 3 years ago@EdwardDLuffy Your in-game settings like the sensitivity settings if they’re resetting everytime the ToS agreement pops out.
- 3 years ago@Cheese9Man Nope. I think it's to do with the inadequacies of the XBox One browser. When you select 'NEXT' I think it's supposed to take you to a different page, but because the browser is so baaaaaaad, it closes the browser, so next time, up it pops again.
@EA_David know of any alternative way to accept the updated terms?- OldTreeCreeper3 years agoHero+
@EdwardDLuffy have you tried this old chestnuts?
Go to your Xbox One Settings (Just press Start, then click Settings)
Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"Do you use a custom gamerpic by? try choosing a default one.
Try deleting your gamertag off your console and then adding it back again.
Have you completely uinstalled apex? Inc personal data.
power cycle your modem/router. Unplug it/them for 2 minutes, then plug them back in.
Did you also try alternate DNS settings? If not, try these steps. From the Xbox One screen, go to Settings > Network > Advanced settings > DNS settings > Manual. (If Settings doesn't appear on the home screen, select My Games & Apps, then Settings). From there, enter the Primary DNS as "208.67.222.222" and the Secondary DNS as "208.67.220.220". If that doesn't help, try using the google DNS servers which are: primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - secondary alt number 8.8.4.4.
All above from a thread answered by @EA_Aljo
As a last resort you could reset your Xbox wiping all data and start again.
How full is your hard drive?
