Why is Bangalore ultimate charge 4 minutes and 30 seconds (270 seconds) and not 180 seconds (3 minutes)?
Even Gibby has a 3 minute Ult charge timer.
I don't use Bangalore, but I kind of disagree with this.

I main Bangalore and this is what i got to say.
Her passive is average. It helpful in certain situation, but in others its useless.
Her tactical is kinda so-so and also below average. It can be very useful in a low to mid tier lobby, but when the skill cell goes up, and the usefulness goes down. It helps in certain situations, but can be countered by many stuffs, if you know what your doing.
Her ultimate is very much below average. CD is long, and the time rocket falls down is too long as well. Its a defensive bombardment, and can be used to give you time, when you are try to run from a certain fights or to push someone, but you got to be very bad to be hit by Bangalore ultimate. Giby ultimate is like 100x better and way more dangerous.
Actually Gibraltar is just a improved Bangalore version and does everything way better compare to her. Wraith as well. Bangalore tournament pick is like completely zero.
Bangalore is an average legend, but got a good pick rate, because it can be very useful in a low to mid tier lobby.
Her hitbox is perfectly fine, its not big, but its not hard to hit as well. Its picket, because she got not LP perk, and got some speed boost.
As far as buffs/nerfs goes i think that other legend should be balanced towards her. She is in a that sweet balanced spot, not too weak, and not too strong, and her abilities power should be as a measuring stick for the other legends and how strong and impactful abilities should have in the game.
As i said i would like other legends to be balanced towards Bangalore.
But if they keep buffing certain legends, she will need a buff too.
As of now, maybe just buff her ultimate CD, but she won`t be a top 3 or top 5 legend for sure. Be she ain`t that bad either.
Smoke being OP (it’s really good, let’s face it) doesn’t mean the timer on the ult isn’t too long.

Bangalore ult charge should be shorter, though I’m sure it’s still going to be minutes and require some thinking to both charge and use.

Then pls enlighten us why she has exactly zero pick at tournaments or serious top level of playing?
@MandatoryIDtag is obviously trolling. You can win with any character, it's true. All you need to do is never ever get hit once and land all your shots, while making sure you don't stay in the damage field as it moves.
But...yeah, if there weren't some characters that needed help or nerfs, EA wouldn't have ever changed anything since they launched the game.
So, obviously, some things need changes. And it should be something to wonder why top level players will ignore Bangalore as a pick.
