@l_mRGogo What many people fail to see about the heirloom is that the chance of 0.2% (1 in 500) applies to 499/500 packs. The large majority thinks that, after opening 300 packs, the chance will be higher, like 1 in 200, but it's a wrong assumption. What you've already opened matters only when you reach the 500th pack, when heirloom shards are guaranteed.
