I did NOT cheat!!!

I honestly don’t know what else to do at this point, so I’m posting here hoping someone will actually take a proper look at my case.

My account got banned, but I want to make it very clear: I did NOT cheat. Someone else got access to my account without my permission. I noticed in my login history that there was a login from a completely different location (London), which was definitely not me. Most likely it was done through a VPN or some kind of unauthorized access.

I even contacted Steam Support about this situation and gathered proof showing that my account was accessed from another IP address. I submitted this evidence in my appeals, but both times my appeal was rejected. To be honest, it really feels like no real person even reviewed my case, but instead it was just an automated system rejecting it.

Now I’ve sent a third appeal, hoping that someone will finally take the time to properly investigate what actually happened.

I’m not asking for anything special — I just want my account back so I can play the game normally. I’ve never had any intention of cheating or breaking the rules.

If anyone from EA or the community can help or at least point me in the right direction, I would really appreciate it.

It's definitely frustrating to have an account you spent time and effort on actioned for reasons you disagree with, especially with a foreign login involved. This might not be the response you were hoping for, but I'm afraid we don't have the tools to change or discuss anything here on the forums, so creating an appeal as you have is the right way forward. 

    If you followed these steps to create an appeal, our Terms of Service team will be able to take another look. This review has always been conducted by a human advisor, not an automated system. Please note that response time may vary depending on the number of active cases under investigation, so we appreciate your patience as the team looks into it. 

    In the meantime, you can keep an eye on the status of the appeal(s) on your case history page. If the status is Transferred or Waiting on Studio, then the appeal is still under review and has been passed along to the right team. Please avoid resuming the appeal(s) until you receive a response to prevent any additional delays.

    If the team finds evidence that supports the ban, you may receive an appeal-declined message. In that case, feel free to directly include the evidence you mentioned and more that you're able to find and appeal again. 

    I'd recommend also going through as many of these security steps as possible to help secure your account, and doing the same on Steam. Please feel free to connect with live support by using the Contact Us button at the bottom of that page to have an advisor take a look at your account with you for any suspicious activity. Thanks!
