Re: What to do if your Apex Legends account got banned or suspended

I’ve been playing apex since season 4 and have dedicated almost a thousand hours into the game and spent several hundred dollars on it, it’s one of my favorite games to unwind from work but I recently got banned for “gameplay enhancement” I tried appealing it but got a email saying it was the correct course of action after looking over my account. The only thing I can think of is that I was hacked and someone was on my account but if that was the case what can I even do about that? I just don’t know what to do anymore, I’ve been trying to figure it out for a hour or two over the past week because I really don’t want to see a game I played during hard times and loved so much be unplayable on the account I started playing it on. Does anyone have any advice or options I could potentially do?
