I did nothing but count is banned

I am chinese player, and I did nothing but EA App ban my apex count. You can read my game data ,pls. So I submit an appeal but nothing display in my history and no one email to me.^_^^_^...

I have sent an appeal to EA help, but I waited for 24 hours and nobody email back to me. And my penalty history also has no Appeal. Can someone in EA Company have a look at my account?
I already wait One day. No one respond.

I'm sorry, we won't know why you've been banned through the EA forums. Our Terms of Service team cares for players with bans and suspensions. They can take a look into this for you if you feel there's been a mix-up with things. You can reach them by sending in a ban appeal.
