I didn't use cheat and I got banned ON HWID

Few weeks ago I Got my account banned and I realized that my brother was using some cheats while he is playing with other account and then I thought only my account was banned but i tried to make another account then suddenly I Got another banned and i notice that I got HWID banned, I contact EA support they didn't give me any solution they emailed me saying :

We noticed that your EA account broke EA’s gameplay rules.

Because your account was cheating, we’ve permanently blocked your access to Apex Legends’ online features

And I really apologize for my brother behavior I'm really sorry and I didn't do that cheat so it's not my fault

the HWID shouldn't get banned and also my account.

You should know what software is running on your PC when playing Apex Legends.
If the cheats were only active when he was playing, you might be able to get unbanned.

If you feel your account was flagged as a false positive and you did nothing wrong, you best reach out to the Terms of Service team.

They try to reply within 5 business days but it could take a bit longer due to the increased safety measures being put in place.
Just keep an eye on your mailbox and also check your spam and promotion folders as sometimes these emails can get routed over there.

@BaldWraithSimp thats true.. thats why i can't really express my feeling toward my problem because i really dont know what I do im kida depressed. but thanks for understanding me and I really hope my account get unbanned because there is something called "EA unfair banned" so ill try my best to contact them but if they didn't its ok ill save money to buy new HWID because I really love this game so much.

In really life u brother is faulty. But this is computer world. He did leave the cheats on without u knowing it was on. Dear, so its mean ur EA account did use cheats.
Why u want the account so badly. U can request EA ur account did use cheats and give u 1 final chance and will not repeat it again.
They dint ban u for ur hardware HWID. They banned u for using cheats/hacks on active game

The first wave of bans affected 355 thousand accounts, but people could return by creating new accounts. But in recent days there have been new messages from cheaters about permanent ban:

"I can’t play on the new account ... My new account is banned immediately after the creation and one game."

For developers it does not matter whether the former cheater started playing honestly. After an automatic scan of the system, the anti-cheat bans the account automatically if it recognizes “familiar iron”.

@Mary-Reilly-Film ok let them give last chance i wish and nothing is impressive with my account i just want them to remove the HWID ban and my brother he will never use my pc again only for University projects or some important stuff he deserve to get punishment for cheating. I did another account and i got banned so it was HWID
