I don't have my battle pass rewards.

Sebahappy  Which version of the Battle Pass did you buy?

If it was the middle one, (the Ultimate+ Pass Upgrade), that version doesn't unlock the pass itself, (it only upgrades the Ultimate Pass to the Ultimate+ Pass).

The one in the middle, meaning I have to buy the Battle Pass? The item description says it includes the Battle Pass plus some instant rewards. Either way, I can't make any Battle Pass purchases in-game because it says I've already purchased it. What's the solution to this problem?

Sebahappy  From what I've noticed, only players on Xbox are seeing the upgrade version of the pass.

If you are playing on an Xbox, you can head over to the Xbox store on your console, (or through a web browser), and buy the "Ultimate Battle Pass" version, ((which can be found here). Just be sure you're logged into the correct Xbox Account).

Since you have the "Ultimate+ Pass Upgrade", you should then have the Ultimate+ Pass version after buying the Ultimate Pass.

Note: If for some reason you cannot buy the pass, (or you only have the Ultimate pass version), you would need to contact Xbox Support since the purchase was made through Xbox, (which does mean that EA Support won't be able to help as they cannot see your Xbox purchases).

You could also see if Xbox Support could refund the Ultimate+ Pass Upgrade so you could just have the Ultimate Pass version, (but they may not be able to issue a refund for it).

Important: If you do not own an Xbox, do not buy the Xbox version of the pass as it would require you to log into the game on an Xbox to activate the pass.
