I encountered a cheater while playing games on the Hong Kong server

Dear friends, please help me report this person. He uses the server to damage the external plug-in, and the whole game is in cardon. Half of the server problems are caused by their destruction. I have the whole video on bilibilibilibili，&lt;removed&gt;Although I'm Chinese, we also hate this kind who plays games and cheats. I've never met plug-ins when I play games on Japanese servers, but I'd like you to help me report this person, thank you!
