i got banned for hate speach?

I got permanently banned for hate speech. I got banned after I let my  friend play on my account after I got the octain heirloom, so I let him play and I got on 2 days later and I was banned permanently. Why no communication ban. I get my account that I spent hundreds of dollars on.

    Unfortunately, we cannot help with account bans on AHQ.

    Just keep an eye on your mailbox and also check your spam and promotion folders as sometimes these emails can get routed over there.

    He doesn’t ever do stuff like that and has never been banned from anything. He said I’m gonna get your ip lol and I guess you get permanently banned for a joke.

    You may wish to check your email again and read the chat lines a bit closer.

    The additional line that was said right after the "joke" you're referring to here is completely unacceptable and not something we'll tolerate.
