I got banned for saying n word even though I'm black?

Here is some context, my brother was playing with my sister on my account and my sister must have baited him to type out [Edit - Admin.] in the chat not directly at her or anything just typed out in the apex chat. he proceeded into doing so and my sister reported my account as a joke not thinking much of it just trying to get me suspended because I was being mean to her IRL. fast forward a couple days later i got banned? i only have 1 suspension for calling someone a [Edit - Admin.] when i first started playing apex and from then i always watched what i said to people. but im confused why they banned my whole account from ea because the n word was used. I tried to tell them the story and how im black i can show photograph proof show my dna ID,passport family tree from what my brother and sister told me it wasnt even used to cuss or put anyone down it was just said my aunt mom father and sometimes my grandma call me [Edit - Admin.] when they talk to me so i dont even see why a black person cant use those words i even googled it its not illegal for a black person to say those words maybe in some countries but im from the united kingdom and its not illegal over here for a black person to say it also im [Edit - Admin.] so mind my grammer thank you.
