    Sorry to here what happened to you.

    Here on the forum we cannot assist with Bans. You will have to contact EA support and the ToS team if you would like to dispute the ban.

    However from how you describe things it does not look like this will help because:

    1. You admit that you were Toxic and said/wrote something bad.

    2. It looks like you were reported for this and action was taken by the ToS team.

    One thing to remember for the future two wrongs do not make a right.

    If someone is toxic towards you, ignore them, mute them report them, but by all means do not let yourself get baited into being toxic yourself as this will lead to consequences for you and your account.

@luwrk if you contact customer support they should be able to review logs and get you a ruling.

I have no idea how they make the judgement calls on automated bans, or even if there is an automated ban system? Normally someone has to review logs. I was in an AR yesterday and all three players account names were Pirate(number). My friend said over his mic, "Great, cheaters!" I told him, "We don't know that." For all we know they are 3 people who like the name Pirate and added numbers to it. I for one don't take offense very easily, I don't assume people are cheating - even if the name is "I am a big stinky cheater", and unless I know for a fact, they are cheating, I will not report people.

Also sorry to hear about the issue but @Asmodeus566 is correct about the facts. I would add number 3 to that list, they can ban you for no reason, the game belongs to them and we only hold license through an "at-will lease agreement".
