I have 80+ Packs, should I wait for Season 4?

Other than gun charms, did the Dec 3rd update add any other skins/trackers to the game obtainable through packs. If not, I think I might hold off opening until Season 4.

@DankToliet You could also save them for an event and hope you get lucky
