I have lost all my items. pls help

I have logged into apex legends and all of my items are gone. my stats are still there but i have lost all my legend cosmetics, weapon skins, battle pass items, heirloom (octanes), apex coins , crafting metals, legend tokens and my first week player badge . what do i do?

Hey @L0nk,

Have you recently unlinked another account from your EA Account?

This is typically what causes a loss of progress or your cosmetics. That is all stored on the EA Account where it was first earned, and at this point cannot be transferred to a different account.

If that's the case, you would need to re-link the account that was initially connected.

If you run into any issues with that, please reach out to an advisor and they'll be able to take a look for you.

@L0nk If you're able to get that re-linked to the original account, then you would get access to everything on that account again, yes.

i will not be able to re-link it for another 6 months. during this time if i link another account to play on and then link my old account will i still get my stuff? (also what is the point of the 6 month cooldown?)

@L0nk You should still get access back to everything saved on your old account, yes.

Do note that anything you unlock in the meantime will not be merged, however. The progress and unlocks from two different accounts cannot be combined currently.

I am having this problem to, is there any way of getting around the 6 month wait, will a team member be able to help with removing the wait because i just spent over $100 on the game to buy the anniversary packs but before i bought them i linked my ps4 account to another ea account and the only thing i was left with was my stats and my apex coins that i bought.
