I have not gotten in Heirloom in 500 packs

Hi, @hayhor's post is correct, this is normally down to confusion over pack counts, it's easy to lose track counting to 500.

@icyyycat, I do see you have an heirloom acquired quite some time back. I don't know how you got the shards for this, but if you got them from a random lucky heirloom pack, it's worth noting that when you got these shards, the 500 pack counter will have reset. If you were counting from before this point, you may need to adjust your estimates.

And just for clarity, you seem to have another heirloom from a Collection Event. This notably does not reset the 500 pack counter and can be ignored for the purposes of this thread.
