i have video proof of a kill and after game it doesnt count

i already showed this in the bug section, at 5:55 to 6:00 minutes in the video i fight and get a kill but ff to the end and it shows no kills or damage;

around market. 

maybe your getting kills and think it counts but after game its not counting the kill you got. imagine that.

  • well why put my name in the kill feed if its somebody elses kill, why not put their name there instead? and i shot him up look at the counter numbers above him as i shoot him those dont count either?

    i don´t know why, im not sure but nether damage or kill seems to count on a player knocked down by someone else.

    so youré right, it should be that persons name in the killfeed aswell.

  • Because the original knockdown was already shown on the kill feed. You finished the kill, your name and weapon are shown. It all makes sense (showing the other guy on the kill feed for the 2nd time would be confusing, especially if that was with a different weapon than you used - you hear a shotgun and the killfeed shows a havoc - that just doesn't sound right). Could have different icons for downing and finishing players though.

    Only 1 kill can be awarded for 1 opponent, so it's just a matter of how the game is set on who gets the kill in situations like this. Killstealing from opponent's is allowed in PubG (in a similar situation, you would be the one who gets the credit and the real killer would end up with just knockdown count +1), it's not in Apex. Both variants make sense, so it's just a matter of dev's taste how they set it up. It just goes with the philosophy of the game. Finishing opponents is highly recommended in PubG, so allowing killstealing makes perfect sense; while in apex there's a lot of stuff to make finishing downed opponents harder (long timer for revive, knock down shields, fast knocked movement, etc), so it kind of makes sense that killstealing is not promoted since that increases the chance of survival for the knocked players.

    I think that both variants fit their respective games just fine, although I do like the idea of killstealing.

    Both knockdown and finishes show on the kill list. And damage on knocked players does'nt count in dmg in end report...

  • They are correct....look at the kill counter (or lack of it) in upper right. If you got a kill it would show a 1 and a skull.

    Also, why were you in the middle of a intense firefight trying to loot your bloodhound symbol lol?
  • before i died i didnt realize i was in immediate danger standing beside some1 i just killed, ignorance. the second time i was killed i saw my team leader loot so i thought i could too then i got shot from behind again, again this was ignorance to immediate danger, the third time i wasnt looting i was paying respect to the team leader who saved me by trying to save them.

  • Yesterday my squad was shooting at an enemy lifeline but for some reason when I just came closer to her she just died and then the game give me the kill. I never shoot at her. Nothing.  I guess is another bug.
