I feel your pain man. Fact is you have little hope of maxing out Ranked without a trusted team that you play with all the time. Playing with randoms will get you to diamond and no further without a massive slice of luck.

I no longer play ranked. Its just too negative for me.

I know that in the end the answer would be to "get good" at the game but me and friends are always with pred lobbies. Our KDRs are only 0.8-1.3. We just wanna have fun at casual lobbies but I guess people are really getting good at this game.
