I kindly request for a refund

I don’t think they do refunds. You can do a refund through your bank but you’re risking your account getting banned. You can try contacting support but don’t get your hopes up.

First off welcome to the forum.

I am sorry to inform you that EA does not perform refunds for this. There are multiple clicks one has to make and confirm a purchase.

I wish I could have provided better news for you.

Caustic is fun though so you might as well try to enjoy him.

I would not go the route of a charge back as this will def lead to an account ban as this is against the Terms of Sale policy.

You can't get a refund, even if you haven't used the product... chargeback is against their "tos" and they will punish you by taking everything you paid for. 😂 Lawmakers? Hello? EU'ians? What am I paying you for? 😂

@NJOBE17 you can get rid of all the red dots in one go by clicking in a neutral spot, in say the legends screen. 

Well... I wont risk getting banned for 10$... customer support sent me here, he said this is my only chance. I do not understand for what do you get refund if not for accidental buy or something that does not work...

@Asmodeus566 I know that Caustic might be fun, but I could buy him for thoes 90  000 champions tokens I have and not for my 40$ I spent on apex coins...

@CCbathwater AHAHAHAHAH... it really is funny, I mean I do not ask for refund from ea to my credit card, I only ask to refund to apex something I bought by accident so I can buy something else... I will spend it anyway on their game...
