The guy is either a troll or doesn't understand the game at all.
Well balanced weapons? Ok. People sniping with an SMG with highest recoil. People using sniper rifles point blank like shotguns. I never knew you could use flatline, assault rifle with very high recoil at sniper rifle ranges. Not to mention using spitfire at ALL ranges. Recoil is * in this game. The only thing that matters is DPS.
Well balanced classes? Ok. Mobility is all that matters basically. At high tiers people are playing the same heroes over and over - Wraith, Bloodhound, Valkirie, Pathfinder. Just search for legend tiers. And the playstyle? Climb some unreachable space and camp there. Who the f plays Revenant at high tiers? Mirage? Revenants hit size is almost as big as Caustic and Gibraltar but he doesnt have fortified. Why? Balanced.

I am not trolling. Close range the PK and mastiff still outperform snipers. Mobility isn't all that matters. Gibby, Seer, Newcastle, and Caustic are all effective legends to use at a high level and outside of Newcastles ult none of them have any movement abilites. Whether or not people find them "fun" is a different discussion. Spitfire is not good at long range unless you happen to find someone running in the open with zero cover in which case just about any gun outside of a shotgun/pistol excluding the wingman would be effective in that situation.
EA changed the rank system to reward players who play for endgame not a "deathmatch" type of mode. Which is why I enjoy the change. For me the fighting in endgame is highly enjoyable.

@Persistance55 Contrary to Pk, I killed a guy with Longbow "3 aim shots" while he kept missing his Pk shots, he was Seer, I was Ash, I did not throw my tactical. Alot of Pk users lose fights on close range cause they rely too much on precision choke and moving at right time throws em off completely, Wingman has kinda a similar issue for most "alot of people spam shots and wonder why they miss". I cringe whenever I notice my random teammate trying to use this combination cause they never produce the results "after all, too busy missing."

OP isn't completely wrong. The weapons are not a disaster until you reach the level where everyone plays with an aimbot or is the 0.5% of player base that has one built into their brain from birth. Pretty sure this is the "snipes with flatline" crowd you're talking about. I've come across them from time to time but not very often. Either they're fewer than people say, or sbmm keeps them away from me effectively, or everyone who complains about them is better at this game than they would like to have us believe and therefore matches against them more commonly than I do.
And I think the "mobility is all that matters" theory holds true, but only for the run-and-gun crowd. People like the OP, who have the patience to play the long game, can find success without the ability to swing from trees or teleport halfway across the map in a split second. Personally I like swinging from trees AND playing the long game, and it seems to be a reasonably effective combination, although I'll readily admit I'm far, far from masters/pred.
In any event I think what you're reading with the original post is that skill level, playstyle, playlist, and matchmaking, all come together in a variety of ways to produce some remarkably different experiences in this game. No, I'm not playing at the highest levels and that may well be why the OP and I are more or less on the same page - a very different one than the more competitive players are on.
