I made a purchase by mistake

I accidentally buy and havoc skin for 1000 apex coins, i wanted to know if i can get a refound, i look up a bit and it seems that refouns are not possible but it literally doesnt make any sense.

On top of that i dont use havoc and the skin is awful like steping on a lego.

Please tell me if i can get any kind of help, thanks in advance👋
