Re: How to get help with Apex Legends account bans and suspensions

My account was compromised, and the unauthorized individual used cheats, resulting in my ban. I have since recovered my account and can provide evidence of the compromise. I submitted an appeal explaining the situation but waited two months without receiving a response, only for my case to be closed without explanation. I find this unfair, as I followed the proper appeal process but was never given a meaningful opportunity to resolve the issue. I also stated that i have thorough evidence to confirm my account was compromised as well as they can  review my account history, including login locations, IP addresses, and devices, as the individuals who accessed my account are not located in my country. I am not able to place another appeal because my current one is still "pending".
