I regret this heirloom..

Hello, 

I am sorry if this sounds weird and some people will say smth like "ahh it's not that baaad".. But I really hate playing apex atm because I regret my heirloom.

I am Mirage Main.. So I want his heirloom so much that I think about to create a new acc to get it.. 2 weeks before the event I did buy the wraith heirloom.. 

Is there any chance to message the support of respawn? So maybe.. They could give me the shards back and reset the heirloom for me?..

Idk I just don't feel good atm because it's obviously there is no way I can get the mirage heirloom anymore..

    @lissi_chiiMan, that sucks, my best advice, would be to keep playing and grinding out the packs, or just dump an ungodly amount of money into this free game (Not like I've done that, hah hah...ha....) and just get it next time. I'm really sorry for your loss

    @MandatoryIDtag I'd suggest to EA that they introduce a system where someone can re-exchange an heirloom for shards to get another one. BUT: it can only be done once for an account. I know this doesn't really help in this case here but it would be only fair to players who got a random heirloom back then when the system was different.

    @Zero-Loot5  Not a bad idea by any means.

    I think any decision such as that, that can potentially hurt profit margins will be a no go though if I'm honest which is a shame really.

    This is the best heirloom exchange/refund thread I've seen so far xD

    The sheer melodramaticness of 'Idk I just don't feel good atm because it's obviously there is no way I can get the mirage heirloom' is so funny or the equally funny "But I really hate playing apex atm because I regret my heirloom" XD

    This wasn't even a case of pre-shard time for which I can have some sympathy and understanding of wanting to exchange. This was a conscious decision to purchase a specific one xD

    @lissi_chii that's why i will keep my shards and wait to see if there will be a cool heirloom released specially for Revenant .
    am a lifeline main but i will just hold on it but only when I GET THE FREAKING SHARD .......LOL 🙂
