I think Razer Synapse software got me banned

Recently I went on PC with controller because I got a new PC last month on Christmas. I made my account on PS4 so I've been playing controller since then and still do right now even though I'm on PC. 6 days in on PC, I'm level 70 something. Out of nowhere I just get banned for apparently "cheating". How could that be the case? Is it because I killed about 21-22 players in Bronze ranked? If that's the case, that's complete BS. I have 16 kills on PS4 ranked and currently I am Diamond rank on PS4.

I recently emailed them on why I got banned. They never specified whether I used aimbot, wallhacks, or whatever other cheats there are. They only said I was banned for "cheating".

So this is my new email to them. And currently, I'm pretty pissed off since I never cheated. Unless you count using a controller on PC "cheating" then I suppose so.

P.S. Made a new account and 3 days in playing PC with my PS4 controller and I'm still not banned. Hmmm? I wonder why? Maybe because I was being reported so much for having better skills that I got banned? That I'm a nobody who doesn't stream, have a YouTube channel and just a simple guy who's actually good at the game and just wants to play? Hmm...

Yea, there's a lot of sarcasm in that P.S. note. I'm just expressing my anger with a ban that shouldn't have ever happened.

New appeal to EA:

I have been playing this game since February 5th 2019 on PS4 and recently a brand new PC for Christmas. I switched over from PS4 to PC with controller. 6 days of playing PC with a PS4 controller and I get banned for "cheating"? Where is your proof? I DID NOT cheat on my account that got banned. I even made a new account and still use a PS4 controller and guess what? That account hasn't been banned for the past 3 days. So obviously your team is selecting each player to be banned rather than detecting an actual use of cheating.

Also, there's no mention of me using wallhacks or aimbot. Only that I am "cheating". Did you know I am using a Razer mouse? I have to go to Task Manager and delete "Lighting service 32" or whatever it's called. Because otherwise the game crashes and I get an error saying that I am in violation of using a software, etc. etc. So I'm guessing you guys banned me because of that?

Jesus Christ. Whoever banned me needs to be more transparent. Because this is simply absurd. A player on PS4 who has played in almost a year moves to PC with his PS4 controller and gets banned in 6 days for being too good at the game.

P.S. I changed my named from Veilfreyja to Veilfreyja_OnPS4 on PC to show I'm using a controller and not a freaking mouse & keyboard

I'm Diamond rank on PS4 named "Veilfreyja" with the same account that got banned on PC. Got like 16 kills in ranked PS4 and about 22 on PC. I'm sure those Bronze and Silver ranked players probably all reported me for "cheating" because I made them cry getting owned by a controller player.

Search up my name on PS4 Apex Tracker "Veilfreyja". That's the same account I use on PC that got me banned. I was level 70 something on PC and I'm about 600 on PS4, but shows level 566 for whatever reason.

I just re-read my email along with everything I've been thinking of and I think Razer's mouse RGB program called "Razer Synapse" got me banned because of LightingService(32 bit) that crashes the game. And so I assume the EAC thinks I'm trying to use a 3rd party software tool to cheat in the game... Do you think that could be the root cause of it all? Seems more plausible. Every time I open the game, I keep forgetting to delete it. So the game crashes, I delete LightingService (32 bit) and reopen the game. Then, I'm able to play perfectly fine.

    @LordloshBang Do you Think a cheater would waste the time complaining about being banned? No he just make another account and start over.

    This dude already cheated in 2 other games, and have lifetime ban in CS:GO. I guess its for a reason.

    A lot of cheaters come to complain about this, cause they spend money fur stuffs on their account, and thats why they want them back.

    Again i`m not saying you are cheating 100%, but i don`t see how they will ban you for no reason.

    Again i`m running all kind of Razer apps(no macros, never ever created one), and never ever have a problem with them.

    Again nothing against you i just don`t believe people over cheats. Back in the CS 1.6 time we were playing heavily and i have a team. After a long period we understand one of our team members were cheating. :D

    Same stuff happen on CS:GO, but we were playing more casually with the guys. Its people from my country, and we talked pretty much every day.

    So my trust factor is very low, especially here on Apex, where so many people are cheating and running all kind of soft cheats.

    And again nothing against you, you maybe clean, but once again Razer app has nothing to do with it, unless you have macro on it.

    I see where you are coming from. I just don't want to be the guy who goes around a ban with a new account. i only invested 10$ for a ledgend so im not deep in. im 95% sure it was the razer app, battleye would not let me load dayz or arma with it installed. I only got an email only stating i cheated, not even what the detection was. That makes me mad because i can't find the problem and prevent it again. Hence why i assume razer was the problem because i had other problems with it on battleye(and the op of this thread claimed to had the same problem with razer apps). I thought i might have been hacked but i go through steam and use steam gaurd so i feel that is unlikely. Besides i barly played apex on pc due to being new to mouse aim(poor shot), but now im so used to mouse and keyboard can't use controller aim anymore when i try to play a console, but i can't play pc because im banned.

    Being banned makes me feel like im not welcome in a comunity ive loved since titanfall 2, im going to respect the ban, i hope it will be sorted and i can play again. Respawn has yet to reply to my appeal, if they do ill post an update, untill then this it the last message ill post on the fourms. Apex is a great game, and i say the best battleroyale tittle, but im going to buy tittanfall 2 on my computer for my fix.

    This does not help as its not my pc gameplay late 2020, but my old ps4 gameplay in early 2020. Back when i could shoot :.(

    Razer Synapse has a function to turn on Turbo for left click, that clicks up to 20 times per second, without even using the Hypershift function. You may have done really well, got reported, and they found Synapse running in the background. That's the only thing I can think of. To me, if you can bind fire to the mouse wheel, enabling turbo should be allowed too.
