Hello. I played in the ALGS qualifiers. However, I did not receive the ALGS badge that you promised in your ALGS introduction. I also added ALGS screenshots.
I sent an email to algs/ea.com on August 19th but received no response!

In the first screenshot I added, you can see that the tournament I played in was November 25, 2023. So I'm talking about a finished tournament. And I still haven't been given a badge.
My team participated in the 4th year of the competition, but until the end of the 4th year of the competition, we still did not receive the ALGS badge, I sent an email to ALGS but it didn't help, you guys are too slow and the efficiency is too slow......
