I am writing this sincere letter to formally appeal the ban applied to

my Apex account, hoping you can conduct a thorough

re-review of my account.

I have purchased and experienced almost all the Apex series. I

have never used any cheating software.

Unexpectedly, my account was suddenly banned when I played

Apex during my winter vacatio. The system marked my

violation as COMPETITIVE_ADVANTAGE, but I solemnly declare my

absolute innocence. My lifetime KD is just 0.5, a completely ordinary stat for regular players.

Apex was a birthday present from my classmate. As a

boarding school student with heavy coursework and strict rules, I

only play this game after dormitory checks. It is my only leisure and

holds many precious memories.

I had originally planned to purchase the apex pass, but

facing such an unfair punishment, I couldn't be in the mood. I
