i want to change my email

The email linked to this account is my brother’s old email that he no longer uses and I want to change it but I can’t because of the verification code that is sent to the email so I want your help in...

    Hi Mohmoud_as166​,

    We don't transfer EA accounts between people. EA accounts belong to one person, and that's the person who set up the EA account. If your brother's email was used to open the EA account, your brother is the EA account owner. 

    You mentioned that he no longer has access to the account's email. While we can't help with this through the EA Forums, our support team can assist him with updating the account information. He needs to get in touch with them directly. To help, share this link with him. He needs to scroll down to the Still need help heading and select the live chat option. The support team will help him as best they can from there.
