I want to get into lower rank, can't compete with others

Hi!

I playing Apex since the begining. I'm not a good player, sometimes I'm performing better, but most of the time I'm a noob. At Season 4 I slipped into Platinum, because I played with pro randoms. They liked my behavior, so they didn't mind to play together.

When season 5 started I get into Silver rank. Right now, I can't even damage others, being slaughtered immediatelly, and play a longer game with several revives.

I already reached out for support on ea.com, but they can't lower my rank.

I'm not a pro player or esporter, and I'll never be (partially, because I blind to one of my eyes, so I'll never be a really good player), but I enjoyed the game until this point.

My question is, how can I reach ANYBODY who can help me lower my rank, so I can compete with similary skilled opponents?

I hope somebody can help me, because I now hopeless, and I can't enjoy those few hours of game.

Wait a week or so then start playing ranked. those that were higher in rank will be at the top [ gold - plat ] by the end of this week and next [those gold / plats = dia - master].
then start playing you should have an easier time.

I can't get that far into the game, looks like people with devotion immedxietelly killsme, doeasn't matter what armor I has. I don't had the chance to take my hand on one of them, but I can imagine how much of a powerup it can be.

That last comment hit me hard…. I’m a piece of *,(in game and out), this was the only thing I had fun doing for 3 months, but the last 3 weeks, I’ve been training, using every different legend, firing range 15 minutes before I hop on, and 15 after I’m done. I’ve played with diamond ranked, tried to study their play, but I’m now more depressed than I was before. The one thing that I actually stayed up for a whole night,(without drug use..lol), and had the most fun I’ve had in years. How do I get that back??? I still play every day, and get my a** handed to me, and since I’m level 400+, people think I should be amazing. I’m not. This game turned into my depressing reminder that I am no good at anything.
