I'm keeping a tally of crashes/successful games and currently at 12 games, 1 code:leaf. I have crashed to home screen today but before I started keeping the tally and had loads of games that were fine, not sure on the ratio.
I had 2 fails today but about 1000 tries over the last 4 weeks I'm done with the game until they fix it. But I will complain here daily. Their help desk live chat told me to come here a few weeks ago.
I've been trying to play for 4 weeks. If I said the stuff I would really like to say I would get banned.
I haven't played one successful game in 4 weeks I get booted from every match within a minute of landing.

1000 times in 4 weeks is a nice round number, even more impressive that you've remembered it.
If your posts don't contain a grain of truth - why even bother man? ☹️ The people selecting what to feed back to devs from this forum have to wade through so much hyperbole that no wonder they're not perfectly in touch with what it's like to play the game. Read all my post there is a lot of info in many of them starting 3 to 4 weeks ago now I'm just bored posting whatever.
Like the info battle(non)sense put on YouTube how respawn could fix the netcode but they choose to ignore it.
I'm not the only one with the code leaf,net wheel or out of sync error there is many.
- @xcr762 No I know you're not alone. I get code:leaf among every other kind of error. But it is absolutely not true to say that you can't get a game in 4 weeks. It's a lie.
You accused someone else here of working for EA to calm things down: if I had your kind of brain I'd accuse you of working for someone to come and sabotage Apex as a project because all you do is lie about this stuff on the forum :/ I get games I land sometimes I can loot a bit. But I iwill end up getting booted from the match within 2 minutes or less.
I just want them to fix the netcode and server issues I'm not going away until they do.
I love Apex it was my favorite game until I started having these issues. The movement speed overall mechanics of looting its the best br out there. But if they can't fix the netcode and make cartoons instead it plain and simply pisses me off.
Here some facts :

@Anlbrd Is any of the information the players provide actually helpful? An hours gameplay on their part would give them all the information that's been shared here to be honest.
At this point its just people repeatedly saying"i can't play the game" "i keep disconnecting when joining a match" " i disconnect mid match". These threads turn into more of a grumble fest than a productive system of gaining any helpful info. xD
I'm just here waiting for them to say they fixed it.
- @xcr762 I can guarantee you, that the people making artwork and trailer vids are not the same people who handle the net code. I'm also certain that transfering funds from one branch to the other wouldn't give any significant boost to the rate at which issues are resolved. Neither does your ranting.
I think eventually they will reign in Hackers and fix their server problems, and Apex will become a very steady and profitable game for them, purely because at its best it is a very enjoyable game to play.
When that day eventually comes i'll be glad that I bought the battle-passes and unlocked all of this content.
But honestly as a PS4 player the only problems I have at the moment is the occasional server crash pre-game and bugs in the audio.
