I won a game in apex but it didnt count!
I won a game of apex and when we wanted to go to the lobby to claim our reward we got an error and when we checked we didnt get any xp and in my stats it still said 1 win even tho that was my 2nd win...

Community Admin@hecrazyyy That's interesting, my logs here indicate that your last match, a couple of hours after your post, was a win.
If you check today, or play another match, does it update and display correctly?

It can happen for the stats to update with a delay, sometimes only after restarting Apex / Origin. From my limited understanding, there are both a local save and a cloud save for the account, these can get desynchronized sometimes (due to game errors, network issues, etc.).
- @DoYaSeeMe I had games with multiple kills and my kdr stats didn't change. The number of kills didn't change. I can't remember if it was still in season 7 or season 8. I don't follow stats closely but do you think those numbers could update with a delay?
- @NolanGraysonnn Yes, there can be delays. It happened to me a number of times, including a few days ago, when I didn't get a kill, but which got added by the next run of the game.
i checked it, And it still didnt showed up. we did not record it. And it didnt only happen for me, it also didnt register for my friend. Is there a way to fix this? Because that was my 2nd win ever and it would be kinda sad when it wont count :/
i just won 2 games in a row only the first one count. sad it happents often and 200 points in ranked games are not easy to get. can someone please check it out ?
- @xyperx2 Exactly this happens to me to and it was my first back to back win with horizon so I was kinda mad because my friend did got the badge.
- @JackBlack127 And I also clipped it and you can see it in my club activities.

- @rcklss2 Happened to me too. Seems like the issue is back with season 14. Not a huge deal to miss out on one win, but it is something that just makes me want to stop playing. Something about progress being taken away just deflates all fun from a game. Would rather it just not track wins than to inaccurately track them.
