New legend concept: Fireburn

Type: Simulacrum 

Class: Assault 

Passive(Burning desire): Fireburn and his teammates get extra fire rate and movement speed while they are in Molotov Cocktail fire area of effect (Fireburn remains immune to his own Molotov).

Tac(Molotov Cocktail): Equip a Molotov, Upon lighting and throwing it at enemies, They are burned and receive extra damage from all incoming bullets for a duration.

Ultimate(Ballistic Minigun): Replace your arm with a mounted minigun for a duration. The minigun fires immediately and starts with low fire rate that gradually increases along with its damage and recoil until it overheats.
