Thoughts on what the next season balance changes should be

Mad maggie: two drills. increased cooldown.

Fuse: Stun on tac hits, Reduced damage and speed penalty from all explosives including his own.

Rev: Add the old one back but keep the current as it is.

Bloodhound: Can actually see footsteps as a passive, Scan beacons upon tac sonar contact.

Seer: Desperately needs more power (dunno how tho), Hes one of those legends where hes either very op and annoying or pretty usless like his current version is.

Vantage: More power in general, His tac might go further and faster.

Horizon: NERF. HER. TAC.
