There was so much hype for him , but as of now he is kinda underwhelming and needs a buff

@RustedYoda What dont you like? I've used his ultimate to help destroy teams. Yes you need to be in a good position but that goes for pretty much everyones ultimate. His crouch walking and being super quiet is quite good for sneaking up on people too.

@hayhor It's not a take or opinion but a fact.His hitbox and even the way he walks is just like Caustic but with extra damage. Everyone is silent when crouched you just get a slight speed buff but compare that to sliding it's not really that useful except in rare circumstances and his ultimate having to heal health and not shields after a push puts him at a disadvantage. He has uses which will work when you pull it off but on the grand scheme of things he's pretty useless.Love the quips though.

@hayhorIf you compare with Wraith in a gunfight she has the same hitbox as him when he's crouching and because she's standing she can strafe at roughly the same speed.That's why I mentioned the sliding as it's more effective than crouch walking a bit faster and you can mix it up with your strafing to change not only your direction but also speed making it much less predictable.If you make a push you'll need to be reasonably close to the action to fight the remaining people or finish anyone you downed but they can revive, pop a battery and relocate in the time it takes you to get back in the action and that's without considering the high risk of using his ultimate.I heard some people say his silent is good for collecting banners but Crypto would be of more use with a lot less risk and Path will always have the advantage to getting high ground.I used him exclusively when S4 released but after awhile I realised that other legends have more utility even though he is probably one of my favourite characters.Edit: An idea for a buff.. Let them choose if it's health or armour/shields you wish to take damage on and have damage tick over time for his tactical. Also fix his hitbox.

@DarthValtrex I typically flank with it or even loot while listening. I crouch walk a huge majority of the time with him. It probably looks silly to teammates. 🤣

@Wingmannedbro That is your take. He isnt the type for running straight into battle every time but I've won a lot of matches with him so I do not believe he is as bad as you say.

His quips are pure evil but so funny.
Slight speed boost? He walks as fast as other legends walk upright. This is important in two aspects- Means you can basically crouch walk very quickly to or from a fight without anyone knowing and when in a gun fight you can crouch and shoot, moving side to side extremely fast crouched with a smaller target.

As for the need to heal after a push. That is up to whoever is rev putting it in a spot where you wont get instantly shot.

Regarding the hit box, it is what it is.

This is what I know for me- He is now my 2nd choice to path and I already have over 20 wins with him. Not sure what the percentage is but overall I'm 10% or more this season and seem to win more with him. Maybe it is just luck?

It's not an opinion. It's a fact that his hitbox is substantially larger than his character model. Go look up the video's.

Yeah he crouches as fast as others walk...but i mean how often do you walk around in apex?
Seeing as he's like 9ft tall you basically have to crouch to have a reasonably sized hitbox...which puts you at a mobility disadvantage, speed buff or not.
To me his climbing ability is his only real strength, and even that's marred by the fact that it sounds like somebody has kicked a barrel of nails down a flight of stairs...so you ain't getting the jump on anybody wearing a headset.
I like the concept of revenant but the reality is pretty underwhelming.
