This issue is currently being worked on please allow some time before trying to log in again or you may keep an eye out on Instagram and possibly Facebooks and Twitter EA pages for updates.
@E9ine_AC I've been giving time to them for 9 seasons now. Ridiculous stuff.

- @Cro_Pittt Yea it happens to all games though. Just no servers can handle millions of downloads with millions of logins at once. CoD does this WoW etc. Which is why they govern the login process by placing people in a que of when they can login in. About only thing that can be done but it still is very timely manor on it logging someone in. Sometimes people in que for wow wait up to 24 hours just to login in their que placement.
@E9ine_AC Nah i don't remember servers getting completely shut down for a new big update on every other game. Some maybe, but other work pretty well.
@apostolateofDOOM Now i'm in as well but i can only use the original legends, and i never get a squad with me lol.

I don’t play Warzone or Fortnite. I have many friends who do and literally all of them agree that this doesn’t happen with this frequency or severity.
So really, I don’t know. Most of the evidence (what I’m hearing from the gaming community) suggests that EA has not reinvested the billions of dollars they have made back into their digital infrastructure. - @E9ine_AC So respawn were completely taken by surprise by the extremely large number of login requests?
Also its broken IN GAME when you do manage to log in.....
No, 51gb broken update, INSTANT extra 13 gb patch to try and fix the update, still not working.
Would you like to bet on wether there is another patch before we can log in? @Axs5626Sxa5001I play warzone and I've played fifa enough to know that this same thing happens to the servers every new season or hyped event. Last week or the week before when warzone launched their multiple days of hype everything went down.
Companies dont plan for these spikes unfortunatley.

The servers would occasionally not let me log in for a few attempts here & there but I've never had the issues playing an online game that I've had with Apex. We have self driving cars, phones that can record 8K & air fryers. You mean to tell me that we don't have stable servers that can handle loads of information?

- @Lord_Scorpion34 I mean Hybrid Cloud is who they use for servers. They dont own their own servers its on another end iirc. So if they cant handle it themself possibly may not even be on apex legends side. I can't say for sure but a lot companies use this server provider.

The problem is on the lobby servers this time, too many players downloading the update, reinstalling and trying to play the game at the same time. This is pretty much like a legit DDoS attack. Things will probably get better once downloads stop.

@Lord_Scorpion34hmm, lobby servers are AWS afaik... What's a bigger provider than Amazon in the U.S. ? :D
