improving apex with more sensible ring time

the reason the lobby is dead before the first ring is because everyone hot drops at one location. it's either the mirage voyage, captial city [aka fragment east and west] or sorting factory.
PC gets 5 min 1st round while console only gets 3 min. shaving the time off the ring timer probably wont do much. In certain game's ring 2 has about 10 -15 teams left.
the only advise I can give is follow the circle on The map before dropping and and try and drop around the half way point. Sometimes you get unlucky and the circle is 500 - 600m away. Other times the most you have to run is nothing at all because your in the ring or 150 -200 m
on a side note:
We can always ask for Ring one to move a little faster. Ring one seem a bit slower then the other rings, IMO.
