In-Game Reporting Cheaters

Many of us correctly use the in-game reporting system to notify devs of cheaters. Out of dozens of individuals I've reported, I've received a grand total of 3 or 4 thank-you notifications for identifying cheaters. I feel like I'm wasting my time.

Is anyone having any success in getting cheaters banned (temporarily, of course)?

Nope, they don't do their job at all, yet they take a paycheck home, mind you its money from us both playing the game and buying in game content, so nope, it does not work, it is a waste of time, and we post here over and over and nothing.
