In season 13 can an ordinary player make a custom match

Hello, I am an apex player in season 13. I am not a streamer or anyone of importance in this world. I would still like to create a custom match (again in season 13) but am having trouble. Every time I try to create a custom match it says “invalid token”. I heard that originally this option was only for streamers and pros but something was changed in season 13. Am I doing something wrong or will this option for me become available later in this season. Thanks much! -apex fan

Probably would hear about it mid season but I doubt it's everyone, it's something they could have advertised better if it was.

I keep receiving invalid Token when I try to start a custom game lobby. I have changed to different internet connections and tried trouble shooting, it is still popping up with Invalid Token. Anyone able to help?
