Account being disabled(Need help)

Ok so let me lay out my situation after like a long time of not playing apex on my Xbox and me only recently trying to get back into the game when i booted it up for some reason it said my account was disabled and when i tried to check my penalty history to see why my account was disabled i wasn't able to because the Microsoft account linked to my Xbox is my mothers and like a year or two ago she got hacked which im thinking that the reason why when i try to sign in and it asks to verify your identity it shows a entirely different email which is probably their email and now i dont know how to fix this issue and get my account back without leaking my families public information since i found out that EA does not have a customer service line from another forum so I'm hoping this gets to a employee that can help solve my issues so i can play again with all my stuff
