Incorrect or Missing Ranked Reward Badge

I just logged in to check out the new season, season 14. When I went to see what my new diamond badge looked like in its place was a season 13 gold badge, first split season 13 I hit gold 2, second split season 13 I hit diamond 4. On my badges I am missing my season 13 diamond I got my ranked arenas diamond and my season 13 diamond trail for battle Royale and I got the past stats to show I hit diamond soooo apex where the hell is my season 13 diamond badge for battle Royale you dumb dogs???

Received platinum badge instead of diamond. I get diamond charm and skydive but platinum badge for legends???

@SimplyScooterTry restarting the game. This fixed it for the others with a similar bug.

If you received the incorrect season 13 rank reward badge, a simple restart or switch servers fixed it for a lot of people.

I ranked #311 Pred on Xbox Series X in the second split on worlds edge in season 13 only to log on for my rewards and find that I have the Master badge from season 13 instead when I should have the pred badge but not animated. I had 23,034 RP while entry was 22,080 RP on Xbox. Is there anything I can do to fix this and yes I restarted my game. I am only missing the Pred Badge by the way I have all other predator rewards including the trail, holo spray, and gun charm. I just dont have my 1 split pred badge.

@Cheese9Man I did do all of this and my badge is still master when it should be apex predator. I have all other rewards for pred but no badge, also I was #311 on Xbox Series X so no i did not drop out last second.

@AztecCataclysm Be sure to completely close out of the game, for Series X make sure it's not in the quick resume either. Then restart your console and go back into Apex to confirm if the badge is missing.

@JakeCatGamer It's ended now and I don't have my plat badge ...I started late and got to plat 4 and no badge ..I got the spray and charm ...no badge and its impossible to find an ea help line

Hi, I have done this completely closed out of the game and reset and I still have a static master badge when I should have a static pred badge. I have all other pred rewards besides the badge. I can confirm my pred badge is missing. I was #311 Pred too, so there is no way I demoted to master either.

I have had the same issue. I was #164 pretty much the whole time and I never received anything besides masters. It pisses me off.
