Increase entry cost for Platinum and Predator

Maybe the entry cost for Predator could be changed back to 125. That might make the experience a little better for Diamond-ranked players.

And increase the entry cost for Platinum by a few points as well. 

Since we don’t have more granular rank divisions, I think readjusting the entry costs for these two ranks could improve the quality of ranked matches.
