I bought the ultimate battle pass for season 22 split 2 and it took 3 days of me contacting the chat for them to get them to apply it to my account. They finally did and I did not receive my instant rewards of 8 apex packs and 1200 crafting materials. I asked the rep and they said it would be to difficult to give me what I purchased. How do I contact someone that is willing to work through these harsh and difficult situations?
I am having the same Problem but I bought the ultimate pass first, completed it and then bought the ultimate + Upgrade in wich I hoped to get tue instand rewards too...
Sometimes you have to log out and log in again for stuff to appear.
I bought the ultimate plus from the Xbox store and I went into game and never got it. I tried buying it again and it said I already had it. can anyone help me figure this out?

From what I understand, you should only get the instant rewards once from either the Ultimate Pass or the Ultimate Plus Pass, (meaning that buying the Ultimate Pass and then upgrading it to the Ultimate Plus Pass shouldn't grant the instant rewards twice).
