Instant rewards missing from ultimate battle pass

I bought the ultimate battle pass for season 22 split 2 and it took 3 days of me contacting the chat for them to get them to apply it to my account. They finally did and I did not receive my insta...

From what I understand, you should only get the instant rewards once from either the Ultimate Pass or the Ultimate Plus Pass, (meaning that buying the Ultimate Pass and then upgrading it to the Ultimate Plus Pass shouldn't grant the instant rewards twice).
