Instant Shield Heal Cheat

@WhoopFighter You didn't mention what mode you were playing, so I had assumed you were talking about pubs due to there being a Rift Relic that achieves what you had described.
If it was in ranked, that's a whole different story, as there's no way to heal outside of legend abilities, (which don't work when you're taking any kind of damage).
In the case of ranked, its either a glitch/exploit or a cheat, (more so a cheat). I've dealt with a few players who's armor I had cracked several times before. These players weren't all that good with their aim, and then they suddenly had perfect aim after cracking their armor a 3rd time.

- @Midnight9746 It just feels a bit insulting is all, maybe that's on me for taking it that way. I wouldn't bring it up if it was PART of the mode, or I would say it isn't working for a particular mode.
There's just an unacceptable amount of cheaters and desync in this game that's infuriating, because the game is honestly a great looking game, and it's a lot of fun. The constant, like how did they win that fight, takes away from the experience.
I want to love the game.- @WhoopFighter Understandable. As for the cheating and desync issue, it is a major problem. Its been hard for me to enjoy the game as well.
