IQ-based matchmaking
Think this should start being implemented. I'd rather play with people who do the right thing than merely someone who is good with a controller. Storm off 1 v 3 with white shield whilst your teamma...

Not really. Nice philosophic soundbite tho.
Some people don't even have the capacity for self reflection/awareness or consideration of what they're doing, theyre like moths to a light.
There are actions that are quite clearly good or bad, as opposed to some that can be more vague.
Catapulting your white shield self 1 v 1 into a 3man squad whilst your teammates have no health is clearly bad.
But then there are slightly more subtle or strategic ones, such as not sprinting into the middle of 2 opponent squads when it's last 3.
When it comes to those often people lack the composure and are too impatient to make rigt decisions.
But some things are plain dumb .
There's also the factor of just having a good rhythm with someone.
Sometimes you'll have buddies that just think alike, and you easily and instinctively work together very well. Even without god-tier aim, you move well enough together to rack up the kills, and can cover each other well during pressure situations.
And sometimes you don't. Sometimes a teammate is perfectly fine, but you just don't dance well together. Neither of you are bad, or making egregious combat decisions, but you're just not on the same wavelength.
