Is anyone else having difficulty with snipers?

I've literally never used sniper rifles again. I don't even know if they fixed it in the first place. Even if they did, Season 5 saw a resurgence of previously "eradicated" bugs like Mirage being able to shoot while downed, and loading screens not loading in characters / animations properly, etc. etc. so I wouldn't be surprised if variable shot speed came back.
