Is anyone else having difficulty with snipers?

Sometimes I feel like my enemies are 2x thinner than Wraith despite legend they play and sometimes I feel like I'm 2x thiccer than Gibraltar and that shots gravitate towards me.....

Honestly the slower the gun shoots the more frustrating it is because you can miss all shots, where with R99 or fast firing gun it's either full magazine in enemies guts or full magazine missed..... or just grab eva shotgun and go ham...
