Why change Apex to be more like PUBG when if you do not like Apex you can just go play PUBG.
We do not need or want two PUBG games.
Apex is first and foremost designed to be a team based game and should be played so.
One can always play solitaire if do not like team based games.
The game does not reward teaming in fact it is against the rules. That is unless you mean Teaming in the sense having a dedicated full sqd of 3, which is of course part of the design of the game.
3rd partying is a skill in and of itself as well as being aware of not getting into a bad position to be 3rd partied.
Mostly though "I would remove ALL SHIELDS, nerfed marksmans and left cherged sentinel to one shot lvl 2 helmet like in PUBG basically.
This change would remove this team-based bs everyone hates (probably) and game would change drastically in probably good way." how would this change the team based format of the game? All that this would accomplish is to make the TTK shorter.
