Is 'False Reporting' an offense?

I was wondering if someone could get banned if they report too many people when they're innocent. Like reporting people with really good aim because it looks like aimbot? Edit: And if it is, how sev...

@hayhor Sure if it's intentional. But lots of people mistake hacking. I'm sure I've been reported before when I get lucky. You know those rounds in which you have spectators? Typically they think you're cheating and are spectating to try and catch you.. Next fight you get into, if you pull off some nice plays you'll probably get reported.

I've gotten better about identifying cheating. Had some player yesterday shooting people with a spitfire and 3x with 0 recoil at all. Even when he was tracking targets there was 0 recoil. It was fairly obvious he was running a strike pack with recoil mods.

    @DarthValtrex Yeah I'm talking the people who die and immediately report or report out of spite. There are lots I believe.

      @hayhor Oh yeah, I'm sure I've incorrectly reported people. Sometimes people have some really wicked recoil control and/or just get really really lucky, having those 1 in a billion plays. I reported one guy because he had hit something like 11 consecutive wingman shots 9 of which were head shots. Continued to spectate him and his lucky streak ended, he was having a hard time hitting a Gibi int he body.

      But yeah the people who do it because they are angry and know there is no justification for it. Should, but how much can the Microsoft, Sony and EA tos deal with?! I'd much rather see the people who are really toxic through voice communication lose their accounts. Especially when they behave that way towards kids/teens.

      I understand we all get frustrated at times, but certain things cross the line.
