Is heirloom guarantee still a thing?
I saw many rumors recently that the 500 pack heirloom guarantee isnt a thing anymore, is this true?

- @Noobby_Groovy777 I haven't seen anything regarding this, but definitely doesn't sound true. If it were, the news would have absolutely blown up and everyone would be supremely irritated, Lol. As far as I am aware, you're still guaranteed heirloom shards every 500 packs
- @Noobby_Groovy777 Not true. Respawn/EA makes a lot of money from 100 apex pack bundles. If this was true they wouldn't sell apex packs in bundles anymore. People buy those to get closer to 500 heirloom pack and not necessarily for the content of the packs itself.

Thanks for the question. There's been no change to the 500 pack guarantee.
I have seen some claims that people streamed opening over 500 packs and didn't get the heirlooms, but it turned out they just miscalculated. It's easy to lose track when opening so many packs.
I've also seen people tweet out that the guarantee is broken, but then refrain from posting a correction when the guarantee is actually hit.
We also see quite a few people misinterpreting and thinking that hitting level 500 gives an heirloom.
I'd guess cases like this are why there are rumors/confusion about it
If there were ever to be any changes to the guarantee, we would communicate them loudly and clearly.
