Is heirloom guarantee still a thing?

@Noobby_Groovy777 Not true. Respawn/EA makes a lot of money from 100 apex pack bundles. If this was true they wouldn't sell apex packs in bundles anymore. People buy those to get closer to 500 heirloom pack and not necessarily for the content of the packs itself.
