Is it allowed to use edited cfg files?

Some players use edited cfg files to make tap strafe and super glide easier. I basically think it's unfair for whoever playing in the same lobby with them.

But is it allowed by Respawn? Are these accounts getting banned or at least warned?

In some mainstream video platforms, I even saw walkthrough videos telling others how to do this, with hundreds of thousands of clicks. If this is not forbidden, I think there's just gonna be more and more players taking advantage of this. And those not doing so would just be put in a disadvantage soon as they enter the lobby. It's unfair.
